For me, no way I can go to Lotusphere this year (no budget, plus change in IT direction…again) .  Last time I went was 2007.  That was a wonderful year as I knew my company was planning to upgrade to Notes 8 and I was able to see everything I expected.  I was so excited after the conference.

Even though I can’t be there, that doesn’t mean I have no expectation. Here are couple things I would love to see:

• New version of Notes /Domino – How about Notes 9.x?
• More cool tools, free widgets integrated with Notes client.
• New version of Symphony (Symphony 2.x? + improved UI!!)
• New functions in Sametime
• New functions in Quickr

Based on the all the current news and marketing efforts from IBM,  I am quite looking forward to this year Lotusphere.
