Mon, Jun 27th 2011 11:45a   Rolf Kremer
Last week I bought a new telephone since my old telephone was broken. I decided to buy the > Swissvoice ePure phone in white. It has a nice design and the eco mode means that it produces no radiation if the receiver is hang up. It has not so many features as other cordless phones, but I do not need more features. Travel Report: London
Fri, Jun 3rd 2011 2:42p   Rolf Kremer
Last week I was from Thursday, 26th May until Sunday, 29th May in London. Reason for the trip was the UEFA Champions Leaque final match in London. Unfortunately, we got no tickets. We had no luck in the ticket lottery and the tickets on the market were too expensive (up 1.000 pound). But on Thursday evening we were in Fulham and watched the > Women’s final match between Lyon and Potsdam. Lyon was better and has won 2:0. Although the tickets cost only 5 pound, the match was not sold out. [read] Keywords: facebook twitter wiki

PAVONElive: Tip: View Resource Workloads and Availability
Wed, Mar 30th 2011 3:42p   Rolf Kremer
If you are a project manager you can be interesting to get the workload of your resources. With > PAVONElive you can do this directly in your project plan. Open the project plan of your project and add an histogram for the desired resources of your project. First, the workload for the current project will be shown as column. But you can expand the data to show the workload for all projects. A red column shows you, that the resource is overloaded during the time. If you move the tasks to anoth [read] Keywords: facebook twitter

PAVONElive: Tip: Use a Project as a Template
Fri, Mar 25th 2011 5:02p   Rolf Kremer
If you work with projects, you can use an existing project as a template for a new project. This is very useful if the existing project has a similar structure as the new project. The structure defines the tasks, summary tasks, milestones and the dependencies between the tasks. If you create a new project you can select the template which should be used. Then, the project structure of the template will be copied to the new project. If you use a project management methodology, the methodology can [read] Keywords: facebook twitter
