Mon, Feb 13th 2012 5:13a   Chris Miller
I ran across a posting for an upcoming Lotusphere 2012 event in Mumbai I wanted to share with my international readers. While this appears to be a single day event much like the new Get Social Roadshow, or Business Gets Social Roadshow 2012, it has a large amount of external apps and games attached to it via Facebook. You can register for the March 1 event and see the agenda and speakers at the above link. [read] Keywords: collaboration ibm lotusphere facebook

The IBM Pulse conference has been around a while and it seems IBM Collaboration Services (ICS) will be there in a large amount this year talking mobility. To aid in getting information out to the masses, and after they saw how Lotusphere works apparently, IBM Pulse 2012 will stream the keynote from Kevin Cavanaugh. Stream Keynote Stream Keynotes are new to the Pulse agenda this year. These sessions allow attendees to take a deeper dive into topics of interest. 28.78 is the new goal
Mon, Feb 6th 2012 11:12a   Chris Miller
As silly as it sounds, I started tracking the amount of steps and miles I do each year at Lotusphere. Even though the conference does not cover Yacht & Beach and Boardwalk like it did 12-14 years ago, you still do a lot of back and forth walking around. I imagine back then I did walk further, but without the pedometer data, who knows. This year for Lotusphere 2012 I ended at 28.78 miles or 57108 steps from the time I went to register on Saturday to the time I dropped my backpack off on [read] Keywords: lotusphere

Lotusphere 2012 as an exhibitor (part 2 of 5)
Tue, Jan 31st 2012 10:25a   Chris Miller
I started this years viewpoints of Lotusphere 2012 as a partner, so moving it downstairs to the exhibitor floor made sense. Each paragraph seemed to take a new angle in my thought. Lotusphere 2012 as an exhibitor Some noticed that we did not exhibit at the last couple Lotusphere events. We debated internally and made the business decision to network more in person that stand hoping someone would come along. It has proven beneficial since we started working that way the past couple years [read] Keywords: connections domino ibm lotusphere notes email integration network planetlotus planetlotus.org
