Lotusphere 2008: Welcome Reception
January 20th, 2008 by Corey Davis
The Welcome Reception was quit nice, if not cold! The weather was in the low-50’s to upper-40’s and a steady wind was blowing making it feel just that much cooler. However, the food was decent but cold due to the wind despite the best efforts of the steam trays and the free drinks seemed to warm everyone up! Spent the evening with customers and generally had a nice time. Looking forward to getting started tomorrow. My plans for tomorrow are currently:
7a - BOF109 - Object-Oriented Programming & Framework in LotusScript.
8a - OGS (yes, I got yellow badge!)
11a - LotuSalon or hit the Lotus Stuff Store
2:15p - AD301 - IBM Lotus Domino Designer
3:30p - BP206 - Features Every IBM Lotus Notes Application Should Have
5p - AD104 - Developing Composite Applications to Solve Real-World Challenges
6:1p - BF103 - Designers Unite
Its gonna be a full day. Now, if only the college kids would shut up so I can get to sleep. There is an awful lot more yelling and screaming and running around than I would expect Disney to tolerate at 11pm.
