Since I know by the time I get up in the morning, a hundred people or more will have clicked through on Bob's entry on PlanetLotus...I've just tried to leave a comment on Bob's site, but when I hit "send" I was prompted for a username/password. Thus, since I can't wave the "hi, over here, this stuff's my job" flag on the blog entry, this seems like a reasonable way to let PlanetLotus readers know that IBM cares. Obviously, I've already e-mailed Bob as well.
And if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, e-mail/call/ping/tweet me. This stuff's my job, you know?
