IBM Lotus Domino Tech Exchange webcast: NSD para Administradores (IBM Lotus Domino Tech Exchange webcast: NSD for Administrators)

IBM Lotus Support for Latam will perform a webcast session in Spanish for the Lotus folks who don't speak English.

I must admit this is a great move, specially because in most of the South America's countries you don't need to speak English at all for your day to day work/life.

I also saw a Lotusphere Comes to You going to Venezuela (no date yet). This is even better, I think the Lotus brand has been dropped down there since most of my friends doing Lotus consulting have moved to other positions or companies because Lotus is not strong enough or because IBM VE doesn't go there to help in the Lotus / Open Source / MS battle.

Just in Lotusphere I knew about this "big bank" looking to move from Domino 7.0.1 on iSeries to Novell Groupwise or SendMail. Did I mention they are running between 2k and 3k and have Sametime 7 deployed ?

Is somebody from IBM VE or an IBM Employee in charge for LATAM reading this entry ?

And they are not the only company doing it, so, thanks IBM to schedule a LCTY for Venezuela.

Debo admitir que esta es una gran jugada, especialmente porque an la mayoria de los paises de America del Sur no necesitas ingles para nada para tu trabajo o vida.
