First Moonshot

This is my first attempt at capturing our planet's only natural satellite. I'm quite chuffed with it for a first stab at it. The moon, as seen from Glasgow on the evening of Tuesday 12th Feb 2008.

I don't know why the EXIF information is missing from the picture, but here are the details you were asking about:-
- Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ18
- ISO200
- 1/200 Exposure
- F4.2
- 82.8mm Focal length (fully zoomed in with the LUMIX)
- Manual Program
- Shot in RAW mode, and processed (Cropped and AWB) within SilkyPix SE
Although it was a fast exposure, I still used a tripod for that wee bit extra stability.
Hope this is what you were looking for. I've taken a few more experimental shots of the moon, and this one { Link } is by far my favourite.
